The game is due to be played next year in Győr on the 11th February.
Late on Thursday evening, the draw for the MOL Hungarian Cup were made in the M4 Sport studio with the help of former national team footballer István Pisont. Vidi's opponent will be our long-standing rivals ETO FC, with the match to be played in Győr. The official match day for this round is Wednesday 11th February 2026. The tie will be decided in a single match, with 2x15 minutes of extra time in the event of a draw, followed by penalties.
ETO FC reached the quarterfinals by defeating Érdi VSE 3-0 and Pilisi SK 9-0, while we beat Szentlőrinc (3-0) and Majosi SE (1-0).
If we advance, the winner of the MTK Budapest - Kecskeméti TE match will await us in the quarter-finals. If we reach the semi-finals, the winner of the quarter-final match between Ajka-Kazincbarcika and Ferencváros - Csákvár will await us.
ESMTK, DVTK, ZTE, Paks, Budapest Honvéd FC, Vasas, DEAC, and Soroksár are still in contention in the other bracket.
