"We played two very useful friendly matches today, almost all squad members got a chance to play, including ten young players. We played against two strong, physical teams, the fighting spirit dominated, and the pitch did not allow for continuous play. The players were under a lot of physical strain, most of them played 90 minutes, and on top of that, at this stage of preparation, everyone has had some tiring days behind them. Both matches served our preparation well, and I am particularly pleased that we did not concede a goal in either game. I saw a lot of positive things from the players on the pitch. We know that we are at the beginning of the road and there is still a lot to do, but today was a good stage in our preparation," said head coach Gábor Boér to our website after the 1-0 win against CSM Satu Mare and the 0-0 draw against FK Vojvodina Novi Sad.
