Patrik Kovács was the first to try a shot for our team, but the defenders blocked it, then, towards the end of the first quarter of an hour, Cnomarkovic headed over the bar after a flicked free kick. Five minutes later, Ibrahim Mustapha got on the end of a cross from the right, but he couldn't find the target from close range. In the 27th minute, Vukanovic shot from 15 metres towards the bottom left corner, but Gergely Nagy saved, and after Dékei's free kick, the opposing goalkeeper collected the ball. In the final minutes of the first half, Spandler collided with an opponent and left the pitch as a precaution, with Ominger replacing him.

After a goalless first half, we made a substitution at half-time, with Bence Kocsis replacing Simut. Vojvodina started the second half actively, and in the 53rd minute, Gergely Nagy made a very good save to deny Butean's header from a corner kick, then in the 57th minute, our goalkeeper dived to tip Bamidele's shot from the right onto the corner. Patrik Kovács was replaced by our home-grown player Dániel Bertók, and Vojvodina pressed forward: in the 64th minute, Bamidale broke through on the left and hit the post, and Vukanovic shot the rebound over the bar, with one of our defenders also getting a touch on the ball. As the final minutes approached, Nagy made a good save from Petrovic's shot from the right, and after the corner, Uzuegbuham headed wide. Although the Serbs were on top, we had a great chance to score in the 80th minute: Bertók latched onto a pass that stopped in the puddle, but he shot wide of the left post from a clear chance. There were no more goals before the final whistle, and the match ended 0-0.
