Our goal-scoring team captain gave his reaction on our cup victory against Szentlőrinc.
"Based on how the game went, I'm not entirely satisfied with our performance in the first half. Even though we took the lead early on, our play was a little nervous, and we didn't play the way we had discussed before the start. In the second half, the team showed its better side, and of course I'm very happy that I managed to score a goal. After a corner kick, Geri Kocsis slipped the ball, and I read the play a little, stepped back, took it with my chest, and then managed to score. This goal was also important to me because it's my mother's birthday today, so I would like to dedicate this goal to her. We want to draw strength from today's victory because we have a very important league match next week, and I think this success has definitely boosted our confidence." Csaba Spandler told our website.
