"We were very impotent in front of goal"

In today's match, we were able to get the better of them at certain stages, we had our chances, and if we had scored the first goal, the match could have turned out differently, but in soccer there are no ifs. We were very impotent in front of goal, whether we created dangerous situations through our play or through deep passes, we failed to finish them off with the necessary quality. In a match like this, you have to get at least a 0-0 draw, and you can't concede a goal from a set piece in such a tight game, where a draw would perhaps have been a more realistic result.

“I am very happy with the result and the performance. In the first 20 minutes, we were technically inferior to Videoton and couldn't keep possession of the ball, which could have caused problems, but we got through that period. After that, we settled into the game and performed very well, both individually and as a team. I have a lot of faith in this team and in every player. We know that we are a small team and we have to put in a lot more effort, but our preparation, determination, and team spirit can make the difference in our favor in matches like this. There was a 20-minute period of confusion in the second half, but a team that wins two such scalps in the first six rounds, keeping two such historic clubs at zero goals, deserves recognition. I am proud of the guys, we deserved the three points based on the overall picture of the match."
