“We have had a busy period behind us, winning both the cup and the league games before the league match against Vasas, but unfortunately we failed to repeat that feat on Monday. Although we were equal partners in the game against the league favorites, this was not matched by results. Our play was positive in places, but we failed to make the most of our opportunities. Our task is made more difficult by the fact that we have to constantly change the starting lineup from week to week. This week, too, players were sidelined due to injury and illness, and the lack of consistency is a disadvantage for us. We have consistently played well at home recently, and of course, in addition to getting results, our goal this weekend is to make progress in our play as well. Our opponents will be a very solid team, their defence is difficult to break down, and they have conceded few goals in the league. BVSC has achieved good results in recent weeks, including a 0-0 draw against Vasas. Playing at home, our only goal can be to get the three points.
